| Lcpl Alex Roissetter and Jan Hedger are holding a poetry event at Booka Books, 26-28 Church St, Oswestry on Sat 24th April 17.00 - 19.00 under the umbrella of FLOW for ALL (Forces Literary Organisation Worldwide) and supported by SilverWood Books. Jan and Alex are celebrating their new books with their honoured guest A R Lewis, a veteran of World War two. Paul Finnegan, will also be a guest reader. Oswestry - was home to the World War one poet, Wilfred Owen and Shropshire is also home to FLOW! |

| With pride and pleasure I announce that a poem of mine - Empty Teacups - was one of the winners in the Forces Poetry (FLOW for All) competition for 2009! This follows on from having had Absolution in their first anthology last year. The anthology is called Poems of the Poppies (Poetry anthology Volume 1).
